Membrane Protein Function

We are interested in in understanding how membrane proteins function on a molecular level. Technique and algorithm development plays a key role in this research as our lab aims to identify transient protein-protein interactions from imaging data. Current focus is on two particular proteins systems: SNARE and P-glycoprotein. This research aims to improve treatment of and response to cardiovascular disease.
