DU-MERISTEM Spring Celebration a Success
The one-year celebration brought together partners from across campus.
Thank you to the many STEM faculty, staff, and students who joined us in the Olin Rotunda on Friday, May 5, 2023 to honor those who contributed to the first year of the NSF ADVANCE DU-MERISTEM grant and its initiatives. Those who came out were able to see the overall goals, objectives, accomplishments, progress, and next steps of DU-MERISTEM and each of its programmatic areas (DU-GROW, DU-DEVELOP, DU-HEAL, and DU-RESEARCH), as well as a slideshow of all of the people who have been essential in applying for the grant and getting the program started. Special thanks to The Latinx Center, Ritchie School of Engineering & Computer Science, and the College of Natural Science & Mathematics for sponsoring the event and to the woman-owned Prieto’s Catering for providing brunch, dessert, and coffee.
