The Crimson Society: An Immersive Student Experience
The motivation for this project was to increase student connection during their first few weeks of school, through their participation in an immersive storyline that questions their moral depiction making and encourages teamwork. The goal was to make students feel more comfortable during their transition from high-school to DU. By tasking them with moral questions in an immersive experience and working with peers who are currently going through or have gone through similar issues related to the college transition. Me and my team, Wrote, designed, and performed in an immersive experience. In which students were asked to attend, and rate their emotional state before and after their experience. This is still a work in progress. Some implications included: not getting approval to conduct a study on students. And time and money constraints.
