Water Resources and Conservation

My research examines hydrologic and hydrochemical effects of wildfires on stream runoff and greater fluvial systems.

In addition, I work with students on collecting and analyzing data on snowpack ablation and groundwater recharge in alpine basins along the Front Range. We use GPS and GIS to help understand regional snow hydrology.
